The International Frozen Yogurt Association’s quality seal program is the only international, frozen yogurt specific program that recognizes frozen yogurt shops for their commitment to frozen yogurt excellence.
LOS ANGELES, CA (DATE) – The International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA) is proud to welcome its newest member, Blitzer’s! Premium Frozen Yogurt of Murrieta, CA, to the Swirl of HonorTM program. Blitzer’s! earned three swirls, the maximum possible number of swirls, based on frozen yogurt quality, store cleanliness, superior customer service, and environmentally friendly business practices.
Blitzer’s!, which originally opened in July 2018, is owned by Roger Copp, a Fire Captain in Riverside County, and his wife, Rhonda Copp. This is their second frozen yogurt shop. They opened their first shop last July in Menifee, CA. Blitzer’s! Menifee is also a three swirl Swirl of Honor recipient. Roger stated, “We would like to thank each and every one of our guests for encouraging us to expand and we are truly blessed to be able to do so in Murrieta. We look forward to offering an entire new community the Blitzer’s experience, where we invite you to come in and taste your imagination.”

With encouragement, blessings, and support, we are thrilled to now be serving a variety of frozen desserts now in Murrieta. We offer premium frozen yogurt, pineapple whips, Blitzer freezes, Frappuccino’s, banana splits, and dessert waffles. I hope all of our guests get the experience we strive for. Our top priority is our guests. We know the community has many choices when it comes to froyo and desserts, and it’s an honor to be chosen as a family favorite.”

The Swirl of HonorTM Program was launched by the IFYA in late 2013 to recognize excellence in frozen yogurt. It is the first and only quality seal program specifically for frozen yogurt stores. Recipients receive one to three Swirls (1 = good, 2 = very good, 3 = excellent) based on how they meet IFYA standards.
